Day 12

As of the other day I went down to my lowest since having both kids - 135lbs.  As of today I am 139 again...the last couple of days I have been real bad about sweets and french fries!  French fries are my ultimate weakness.  However, I have been eating a lot of salads.  Instead of getting chik fil a like I normally do, I got Paradise Bakery.  I have to say that I feel so much better after eating a sandwich and salad instead of a fried chicken sandwich with french fries and ranch!

Then today after getting home from the mall (3 days in a row), I got on my wii fit and did hula hoops for 6 as my warm up and ran for 15 minutes.   Starting this week I am going to go down to the park on the end of the road and start doing sprints and some cardio.  I hope that will help get this belly bulge to move.

Checking in

So I am checking in after week one - I have to confess that I didn't do well last week.  Last week was a week of this and that going on and it was hard for me to stay on track.  As of yesterday I am back on my diet.  Last night for dinner we had a salad and a chicken alfredo dinner.  It was yummy.  After dinner I went for a 30 minute walk.
Last night while I was making salad, I made a salad for me for lunch and a salad for Chris.  Chris loves eating salads more than anything.

Day 2

Day 2 on this detox cleanse - I just have to say yesterday I struggled with getting the drink down.  Today I found it not as hard.  I must be getting used to this drink.  It tastes like a cross between prunes and black liquorice.   If you can imagine that.
 I didn't work out yesterday like I planned because I had a bad head-ache from a sinus infection and felt like sleeping instead of working out.  I didn't get the nap I wanted but got the rest I needed.  I'm feeling much better today and look forward to working out.

Day 1

Day 1 of my detoxing and working out.  I feel pretty good about the start of this.  I mixed my drink like the directions told me to do so and so far the taste of this drink I could live without.  It will def be a drink that I will have to sip on throughout the day. 

Last night I thought about waking up early and doing my work out routine instead of waiting for nap time but since we got an early morning storm Brooke was up at 4am because of the thunder.  I could have stayed up but I am not about waking up that early!

My weigh in is currently 140.  I will weigh my self day by day during this 7 day body cleanse.

Down 12 in 6 weeks

I just have to start out by saying that I am stealing my friend, Laura Blues idea.  She currently has a blog "Down 25 by 25".  I am setting my goal for down 12lbs in 6 weeks.  I currently weigh in at 138lbs.  Before I got pregnant, I was 128lbs.  Since having Daniel, who was 10lbs himself at birth, I am still holding his weight.  I believe I have lost everything from Brooke since she was only 5.15oz and I gained a whole 20 lbs with her. 
 I ordered a detox supplement from Arbonne. com to kick off my plan.  I am going to do a work out routine while the kids are napping.  I get my title from starting July 11th I will have 6 weeks until I start school again on Aug 15th.  That gives me an average of 2 lbs a week.  I all ready do not drink soda so that is not my biggest challenge.  My biggest challenge is fast food.  No more of that!
I am doing this because I have a small body frame but have some midsection left over from my pregnancies.  My clothes do not fit well.  I can wear a size 6 AE shorts but have the muffin top going that I refused to get used to.   I also do not approve of how I look in a two piece.  Buying clothes has become a challenge.  I would like to be able to buy clothes with confidence.
